Description
In Judaism, doing a good deed is a not just a command, it is also a privilege. One of the ways we express our enthusiasm for observing the commandments is to bring an aesthetic dimension into the observance. This elegant and traditional temple style, synagogue sized, wall mounted tzedakah box is the largest of Etz-Ron’s tzedakah boxes. And it has that aesthetic dimension. The temple style tzedakah box is decorated with multiple panels of multi wood mosaics. As with all of Etz-Ron’s signature multi wood mosaics, there are no stains or dyes used on the woods. Therefore, the different colors you see within the multi-wood mosaics are the real colors of each individual wood as seen in nature.
The Hebrew word, “tzedakah”, (righteousness and charity) in brass, is applied on the center mosaic panel. Integral mounting plates, and a side door with lock and key for easy removal of donations are standard features. An ample donation slot on the top of the box is framed by multi-wood mosaics as well.
A dedication ( up to 30 characters) can be laser etched on to the top of the tzedakah box for a small extra charge. Prices for this synagogue sized tzedakah box start at $2278.
One in stock at the present moment.
As a custom order, the design can also be changed to fit your synagogue’s wood decor ( lead time 4-6 weeks). I listen well to your ideas and together we can create the ideal piece for your place of worship. Contact Me with any questions. Let’s work together!

“Believe it or not, the (Wall Mounted Synagogue Sized) Tzedakah Box (made by Etz-Ron – Handcrafted Wooden Judaica, Wood Art & Home Decor, and Handmade Jewelry) arrived this morning. It’s amazing, as we can’t seem to get a first class letter around town in less time (than it took to ship from Israel). The piece is absolutely magnificent. Thanks so much. ” M.N., Columbus, OH
“Amy, …It (the Wall Mounted Synagogue Sized Tzedakkah Box) is beautiful and we are waiting to have it hung in the upper Shabbat lobby… Thank you for a beautiful job.” P.L., Lafayette Hill, PA
