Description
The “Amoeba” is an acrylic painted, science fantasy, framed art piece. The reds and a hint of green, are reminiscent of what you would see when looking through a microscope at biological specimens. It is the perfect wall furnishing for outfitting a lab or other scientific institution with a splash of color.
The art itself is of acrylic paint, applied to a base which is an aluminum composite panel ( 2 thin aluminum sheets sandwiching a polymer composite board core). It is framed in a dark sapelli mahogany wood frame. There are multiple coats of polyurethane applied to protect each piece. Reds and pinks are the dominant colors of this painting with a touch of green.
This piece of framed art measures 71 x 50 x 2 cm ( 28 x 20 x 1″). This is an original One-of-a-Kind signed art work ! If you prefer the orientation to be rotated, it can be done.
